Prawn and Crayfish             North Atlantic Prawns and Smoked Salmon on shredded lettuce topped with Marie Rose Sauce

Lemon Sole                              Breaded Goujons of Sole with a homemade Tartare Sauce

Black  Pudding                       Served on potato rosti, with Red Wine Sauce, crispy bacon and crispy onions

Pate                                             Chicken liver and brandy pate with melba toast and onion chutney (G)

Soup                                           Cream of Courgette and Camembert (G)


Cod                           Loin of Cod served in a Creamy Lobster Sauce topped with breadcrumbs and cheese G)

Turkey                     Roast Turkey Breast with sausage meat stuffing, chipolata, bacon & Cranberry Sauce (G )

Chicken                  Supreme of Chicken filled with Stilton mousse served with a Port Wine Sauce (G)

Pork                         Tenderloin of Pork filled with Brandy soaked prunes wrapped in Pancetta with a Creamy Mustard sauce (G)

Vegetarian              Red Pepper, Bean and Aubergine Chilli with Basmati and Wild Rice (V) (Suitable for Vegans)

Steak                        A 10oz rump steak- grilled tomato, mushrooms, hand-cut chips

Pre orders are required with a confirmation of final numbers 10 days prior to the party. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
